Myoform leverages genetic-based nutrition by using whole-genome sequencing (WGS) to read your genetic variants and translate them into precise nutrient needs, such as vitamin D metabolism, caffeine sensitivity, and ACL injury risk, to name a few. With a full-genome perspective, your Myoform formula includes targeted ingredients to solve for your predispositions and those that are indicated in improving performance in your given domain, all at clinically recommended dosages, to create truly personalized supplements, improve relevance, and promote noticeable training adaptation and recovery results.

How does Myoform use my genetic insight to create a personalized supplement formula?

Myoform’s process starts with a saliva DNA kit (or your existing genetic data). We sequence your entire genome, analyze it alongside your biometrics using our proprietary algorithm, and then manufacture a one-of-one powdered supplement blend tailored to your nutrient gaps, recovery needs, and performance goals. Your formulation is generated from your genetic profile and the evolving data you add to the Myoform app over time.

Will Myoform consider my lifestyle, demographics, current medication use, and goals?

Yes, Myoform offers a completely bespoke product that layers your lifestyle, biometric inputs, and performance goals with your genetic insights to refine your supplement plan. Our platform integrates your genetic variants with training data to deliver ongoing insights through the app, alongside your personalized intervention: your Myoform supplement. As with any supplement, you should consult your healthcare professional before use, particularly if you’re taking medication, as our focus is specifically on training adaptation and athletic performance.

How customizable are Myoform supplements, and how accurate is the personalization process?

Your Myoform is truly N-of-1, meaning your blend, ingredients, and dosages are created exclusively for you. If you’d like to make specific customization requests to your recommended formula, you can do so directly through the Myoform app or by emailing support@myoform.io.

How long does it take to receive the results?

After you mail your saliva sample, Myoform delivers your DNA analysis in 4-6 weeks via your web or app dashboard. Your tailored supplement formula is then produced and shipped within a few weeks. If you already have compatible DNA data, this process may be faster. Note that many other tests on the market are not whole-genome sequencing products, meaning they may not capture all your gene-specific risk scores.

At Myoform, every supplement we produce is made exclusively for you, based on your individual biology, data, and goals. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on personalised formulas.

That said, we want you to feel confident in what you’re taking. If you have questions, concerns, or feel your formulation isn’t quite right, our team is happy to review your profile and adjust your formula at no additional cost within 30 days of receiving your product, in line with our Reformulation Guarantee.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the fully personalised nature of Myoform supplements - each formula is manufactured specifically for an individual - refunds and returns are not available once an order has been processed.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your formula may already be in production and we’re unable to offer refunds. However, you’ll still be eligible for a formulation review under our Reformulation Guarantee once you receive your product.
That said, we want you to feel confident in what you’re taking.
