Billing Information

Once you have subscribed, you will receive your test kit within 5-7 business days. Your second billing date will only occur when your results are released, and we begin preparing your first order unless you have only selected the genetic testing kit (this policy will not apply for those customers). Each month, you will be charged when your products are being prepared and made ready to ship. You can pause your subscription or change your order date in your account.


A cancellation fee will apply if canceled before four orders.
